Job summary

West Star Aviation seeks an Aircraft Paint & Touch Up Technician at our Chattanooga, TN facility. The role involves interior and exterior paint work, detailing, and occasional cleaning tasks, with emphasis on quality and adherence to FAA guidelines.

You will mix paints, match colors, and inspect finished work while collaborating with a small, professional team. The position is full-time, on-site, with the company offering comprehensive benefits starting at hire and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver’s license for airline travel or valid passport ideal.
• Team players who are self-motivated and can work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform washing, waxing, painting touch-ups on interiors and exteriors.
• Polish, buff or treat aircraft sections as required.
• Assist with cleaning and routine shop floor tasks.
• Inspect completed paint jobs and monitor detailing work.
• Paint mixing and matching as needed.
• Communicate in English clearly.
