Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years in administrative, aviation support, executive assistant, or similar operational role.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in financial processing, records, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 availability for time-sensitive tasks related to aircraft scheduling, dispatch, and provisioning.
• Coordinate ground transportation, catering, and passenger/crew logistics for shareholders and flights.
• Support aircraft preparation, cabin amenities, and provisioning across trips.
• Handle accounts payable for aviation-related expenses and maintain flight logs in systems.
