Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking an experienced General Manager for our Orlando, FL FBO to lead operations, ensure safety and service excellence, and drive financial performance. The role requires strong aviation background and proven leadership in a multi-department environment.

You will oversee customer satisfaction, compliance, budgeting, and cross-functional teams while developing new business opportunities and maintaining high standards across all services.

Qualifications

• Previous aviation/FBO management experience is a must.
• Flexible schedule; 24/7 operations.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong financial, administrative and management capabilities.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safe delivery of products and services
• Lead and develop employees to perform to the highest standards
• Manage a cross functional team including operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting
• Ensure compliance with all rules and policies issued by authorities
• Oversee all business functions of the FBO including services, facilities, staffing and maintenance
• Maintain and develop existing business and negotiate fuel/hangar agreements
• Serve as liaison with the home airport managing entity
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight for the facility
• Perform all other duties as required
