• Minimum of ten years in aviation management or related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; A&P license required or equivalent.
• Experience in personnel management, engineering, certification, project management, supply chain and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FAA, government, customer and KA rules to ensure safe operation.
• Manage administrative, project management, budgets and day-to-day operations.
• Support sales and business development for current and new contracts.
• Ensure profitability and staffing aligns with KA standards and schedules.
• Maintain industry safety requirements and continual process improvement.
• Provide weekly operation status reports to leadership.
