Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Aircraft Operations Aviation Intern to gain hands-on experience in corporate aviation. You will work under the Assistant Chief Pilot, supporting flight planning, operations, and scheduling while learning from experienced mentors.

The program targets students pursuing STEM degrees, with opportunities to contribute to safety, compliance, and customer service initiatives within a U.S.-based corporate flight environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM‑related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship session.
• Private Pilot Certificate.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic and international flight planning and operations.
• Support aircraft maintenance and servicing activities.
• Contribute to customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.
• Participate in aircraft and crew scheduling processes.
• Assist with flight planning and related documentation.
• Gain exposure to safety management systems and their implementation.
• Learn about security protocols and compliance with IS-BAO standards.
• Perform various office duties and collaborate on special projects with team mentors.
