Swissport in Boston is seeking a Dispatcher/Tower Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and ensure fueling operations are safe, timely, and cost-efficient. You will coordinate with airline operations and fueling personnel to maintain clear communication.

The role requires 1–3 years in fueling operations, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. We offer health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off as part of a full-time package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn Sabre and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains situational awareness of airline and fueling operations; disseminates pertinent operational information.
• Maintains professional coordination with airline ops, airport operations, flight control, and fueling personnel.
• Assists in developing contingency plans for efficient use of equipment and resources.
• Communicates problem-solving options with company managers and appropriate airline personnel.
• Monitors Flight Status, Weather, and ATC advisories and assesses impact on fueling operations.
• Completes daily shift reports and fueling delay recaps for airline operations.
• Coordinates emergency notification procedures and regulatory reporting as needed.
• May assist in ramp and fueling operations which are physical in nature.
