Job summary

Textron Aviation offers a 2027 Internship in Business Analyst-Cust Svc to assist the Business Operations team supporting 18 Service Centers and 40+ mobile locations. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data analysis, and collaboration across Warranty, Product Support, Engineering, and Parts & Programs.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related fields, with strong communication skills and a willingness to work on-site for the 10-week program from late May to

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Private Pilot's license, A&P license, or aerospace experience desirable.
• Technical knowledge of aircraft beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Center Network with ongoing and new continuous improvement projects.
• Follow procedures for database management, sales projects, and market share studies.
• Analyze labor and time studies and network communications to align with Textron Aviation policy and profitability.
• Interface with multiple Textron Aviation departments to ensure centers meet goals.
• Work on projects including business cases, SOPs, time studies, SAP data creation, data modeling, and financial analysis of future sites.
• Develop and/or recommend new tools or solutions for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Create templates for ongoing improvements in efficiency and standard work.
