Swissport International is seeking an OCC Specialist to manage flight service data, manpower planning, and cross-functional communication with airlines and airport authorities. You will ensure operational KPIs are met while coordinating daily activities across the station.

The role requires a blend of planning, leadership, and strong MS Office skills, with opportunities to contribute to safety and efficiency in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of operational experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Experience managing a labor-intensive workforce.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights and holidays.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flight service data and manpower allocation to hit KPIs.
• Communicate with airline customers and airport authorities.
• Produce daily KPI reports and brief station management.
• Handle operational messages and flight/time details.
• Be first contact for Customer Airlines and department reps.
• Disseminate information to regional analysts.
• Utilize multiple tools to capture service data.
