Job summary

ARC is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our FAA-certified repair station. The candidate will reverse engineer components, analyze aircraft mechanical systems, and work with electrical/instrumentation aspects to meet FAA standards.

Responsibilities include documenting engineering activities, developing schematics, and providing technical guidance to the team while supporting operations and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–11 years' experience in design or reverse engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to electrical/instrumentation components and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to document procedures clearly and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Component Analysis and Reverse Engineering of aircraft and engine components to ensure FAA-compliant repairs.
• Develop technical documentation, schematics, drawings, and design modifications for electrical components; document activities per FAA standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, technicians, and management to resolve technical issues and improve repair processes.
• Support Operations and Quality with production support and troubleshooting.
