Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7–11 years of design or reverse engineering experience.
• Experience with FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Experience with reverse engineering components.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reverse engineer aircraft and engine components to ensure FAA-compliant repairs and modifications.
• Develop technical documentation, schematics, and design modifications for electrical components.
• Collaborate with engineering, technicians, and management to resolve issues and improve repair processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operations and quality.
