Job summary

A leading aviation services company in Boise, Idaho, seeks an MRO Customer Service Manager to manage customer accounts from pre-arrival to post-delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in general aviation and at least three years of leadership experience. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing project coordination. Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in general aviation.
• Minimum three years’ leadership experience in general aviation.
• Ability to read, understand and utilize OEM and vendor maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts from pre-arrival to post-delivery.
• Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide customer liaison services and maintain documentation.
