Job summary

Airshare, headquartered in Overland Park, KS, seeks an Experienced Mission Planner to analyze trips, determine feasibility, and provide optimal options for Owner Services and Flight Control. The role supports international trip coordination from Airshare's corporate office.

The position requires reviewing weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft performance, ensuring accurate fuel data, and collaboration with teams to deliver safe, punctual trips to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree OR 1+ years of flight planning experience with an emphasis in private aviation.
Excellent writing and oral communication
Salesforce/operations experience
Strong technical skills
Dispatch License a strong plus

Responsibilities

Review trips for Fractional & Managed trips, ensuring weather and NOTAMs are considered
Assess aircraft performance, fuel data, and weight info for feasibility
Coordinate international trip demand with Owner Services and Flight Control
Set up ground handling at non-US airports and liaise with FBOs
Communicate trip-impacting information to teams and document reviews in systems
