Job summary

Flight Pro International is seeking a Meteorologist & Flight Planner to ensure accurate flight plans by considering weather, turbulence, and winds aloft. You will analyze weather briefs, communicate impacts to clients, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

The role operates in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Our Global Trip Support team provides continuous aviation meteorology and international flight planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Sciences, or Natural Sciences, or 5 years meteorology experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to aviation meteorology and international flight planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weather outlooks and preliminary flight plans for clients with en-route weather synopsis.
• Provide computerized flight plans, runway analysis, and weight & balance reports.
• Analyze numerical weather prediction models and communicate operational impacts.
• Support client onboarding calls and train colleagues on updates.
