Job summary

Veracity Engineering is seeking a Material Management Project Lead to oversee end-to-end materials and equipment lifecycle management across FAA programs.

You will coordinate with engineers, regional managers, contractors, and logistics teams to meet milestones within budget while optimizing asset tracking and reporting. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in material or logistics management in a federal or FAA environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with IFS/LCSS or similar logistics systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead material support efforts for FAA programs including ACL, RCE, CFS, MSP IS, ETR, MCT, UIS, NEXCOM MDR, UHF RR, and V2 Radio.
• Manage the identification, storage, release, and tracking of equipment using the IFS/LCSS System.
• Serve as SME for IFS/LCSS implementation and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain tracking spreadsheets for requirements, assets, cost analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Plan and execute barcoding processes for F&E equipment, coordinating freeze and unfreeze operations to minimize shipping delays.
