You will coordinate with program management, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to translate demand into actionable supply plans, manage risk, and deliver accurate EACs in support of program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of materials management or supply chain experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with complex programs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material management from contract award through production and sustainment.
• Develop and execute material strategies aligned to schedules and financial objectives.
• Serve as material focal point for reviews and executive updates.
• Translate demand, schedule changes and risks into executable supply chain plans.
• Drive material readiness for development, production, and field support.
• Monitor shortages, long lead items, inventory health, and supplier performance.
• Lead material risk identification, mitigation, and escalation for obsolescence and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to resolve material constraints.
• Support subcontract management and make-buy decisions in compliance with requirements.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, export controls, traceability, and quality documentation.
• Prepare material status reporting, recovery plans, and risk summaries for leadership.
• Lead development and maintenance of material Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Analyze cost variances and drive corrective actions affecting material EAC performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering for timely EAC updates.
• Validate supplier quotes and purchase orders against EAC assumptions.
• Provide cost insights and data-driven recommendations during program reviews.
• BOM maintenance.
