Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL seeks a Coordinator, Materials - First Shift to ensure inventory meets production schedules and to drive material flow between support shops and warehouses.

You will review schedules, prepare requisitions, maintain records, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve shortages, expedite parts, and ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable leading others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule to determine material requirements and track materials.
• Own and drive flow of materials between support shops and the warehouse according to production priority.
• Compile and maintain computerized records of production priorities and inventory status.
• Collaborate with front end Inspectors to identify consumables required for engines/modules.
• Coordinate with leads and technicians to address issues and expedite parts.
• Compute material quantities based on stock, engine/module knowledge, and production needs.
• Generate requisitions and order consumables and materials for assembly and support shops.
• Update PO Report daily before end of shift for cross-department feedback.
• Coordinate with supply chain on customer parts requiring replacement and approval.
• Ensure outbound modules are kitted before release to mechanics.
