FTAI Aviation Ltd. is seeking a Material Coordinator to ensure inventory supports production schedules. You will collect and analyze data on orders, forecast demand, and own the flow of materials between shops and the warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight production timelines. The position operates on 2nd shift, Mon–Tue with 2:00pm–12:30am hours, and requires English fluency, basic computer literacy, and a practical

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable leading others.
• General knowledge of typical business practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Review production schedule and confer with lead coordinator to determine material requirements.
• Track material and sub-assemblies to ensure parts are available for engine builds.
• Coordinate and expedit e flow of materials between shops and warehouse.
• Maintain computerized records of production priorities and inventory status.
• Collaborate with front end inspectors to list consumables needed.
• Verify issues with leads and technicians and address them promptly.
• Compute material quantities from stock to complete work orders.
• Review stock data in Quantum and generate PRs for shortages.
• Generate requisitions and order consumables for assembly and shops.
• Update PO reports daily and ensure consistent formatting.
• Coordinate with supply chain for replacements and timely approvals.
• Ensure modules are kitted and transferred modules are transacted in Quantum.
• Verify parts against documentation and Blue Tags for conformance.
• Issue materials to technicians when installed on engines.
• Monitor outgoing racks and coordinate parts movement.
• Identify overdue materials and coordinate module shipments for repair.
• Pre-kit consumables and return unused items to stock for restock.
• Coordinate and disposition scrap materials appropriately.
