Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. is seeking a Coordinator, Materials for the Weekend Shift to ensure material inventory supports production schedules. You will review schedules, determine material requirements, and coordinate flow of parts between warehouses and support shops.

The role requires at least a High School diploma and 1 year of general experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead others. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable leading others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and determine material requirements.
• Own and drive flow of materials between shops and warehouses.
• Maintain computerized PO reports and inventory status.
• Collaborate with inspectors to identify consumables.
• Coordinate with leads and technicians to address issues.
• Prepare and issue material requisitions for assembly.
• Update reports at end of shift.
• Ensure modules are pre-kitted before release.
• Verify parts against documentation.
