Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking an AMMM Planning Associate Manager to lead a team of represented planners and salary manufacturing engineer/pre-planners supporting Marietta Programs (AMMM: C-130, C-5, P-3; F-16, F-22).

You will oversee program performance against cost and schedule, drive cross-functional change management, and provide technical planning oversight. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Planning processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Aircraft functional knowledge (structures, electrical, assembly, fabrication, and systems) - primarily C‑130; F‑22, F‑35, F‑16 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of planners and pre-planners supporting Marietta Programs (AMMM, F‑16, F‑22).
• Ensure execution of contractual performance, cost and schedule with technical oversight of planning efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to drive change management to program requirements.
• Occasional travel and extended hour support may be required.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
