Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Manufacturing, etc.
• Experience resolving engineering, production, tooling &/or assembly issues.
• Aircraft structural assembly and technical requirements experience.
• Experience reading engineering blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency, cost and quality.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize processes and digital work instructions.
• Evaluate performance of equipment and tools and initiate corrective action.
• Use factory data to develop SPC approaches and data analytics for continual improvement.
