Job summary

Delta Air Lines seeks an Aviation Management intern to support Flight Operations objectives. You will work with a specific team (e.g., Line Operations or Chief Pilot Office) and contribute to a team project presented to leadership at semester end.

The program runs January 2027 through May 2027, is paid, and offers insights into multiple Delta departments. You must be enrolled in an aviation management program and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate aviation management program and maintain a 2.5 GPA.
• Must commit to January 2027 through May 2027.
• On-site work at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
• Internship is paid and designed to develop educational/work experience.
• On completion, no guaranteed full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving divisional goals within Flight Operations.
• Collaborate with a team to complete a semester-long assignment for leadership review.
• Learn about other departments such as Flight Safety and In-Flight Service.
• Participate in broad learning about Delta systems and procedures.
