Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking a Flight Operations intern to support teams such as Line Operations or the Chief Pilot Office. The paid internship runs May 2027 through August 2027 and is on-site at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

You will assist in data collection and analysis, learn about departments like Flight Safety and Technical Operations, and present a team assignment to Flight Operations Leadership at semester end.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate aviation management program.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA and able to maintain it.
• Must commit May 2027 through August 2027.
• Must be onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.
• Must be 18+ with authorization to work in the United States.
• Internship is paid and on-site at Delta’s World Headquarters in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Assist Flight Operations teams with data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with a team to complete a semester assignment and present to Flight Operations Leadership.
• Learn about departments such as Flight Safety, Operations Customer Center, Technical Operations, In-Flight Service, and Airport Customer Service.
• Work on-site at Delta’s World Headquarters in Atlanta and participate in a cross-functional internship experience.
