Qualifications

• 3–5 years in education or training, aviation maintenance preferred.
• FAA A&P license required.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with training material development and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all training activities for maintenance personnel to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Develop, administer, and maintain training programs, materials and authorization records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance leadership and external providers for training.
• Audit and maintain training records for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide access to factory and manufacturer training for qualified technicians.
