Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Training Instructor to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training for maintenance personnel. You will ensure a safe learning environment and align materials with IATA, CFR 49, OSHA, FAR, DOT, and EPA standards.

Travel to bases up to 25% of the time is required. Required strong classroom management, experience with adult learning styles, and the ability to maintain training records and curricula.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and training or experience in adult learning styles.
• Preferred Associates degree in Aviation, communications, or teaching curriculum.
• Power Plant and Air Frame Licenses are required.
• Strong computer skills: Windows, Office, and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and secure operating environment.
• Deliver and continuously improve maintenance training programs across locations.
• Develop training materials and aids aligned with regulatory standards.
• Serve as Cockpit Trainer and Examiner for Run/Taxi and Tow operations.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure training concurrency and safety compliance.
