Job summary
Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve highly automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will support robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, and material handling systems to maximize uptime, safety, and performance.
The role requires a high school diploma with technical coursework or equivalent experience, and 2+ years in maintenance of automated systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus two years of college-level coursework or technical training.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience on automated manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and procedures.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical failures and restore equipment to service safely.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain records, spare parts inventories, and work orders.
- Support continuous improvement focused on reliability and waste reduction.
