Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform general mechanical tasks, panels removal, troubleshooting, and engine work on civilian aircraft.

You’ll work on-site in a hangar environment, with rotating shifts and strict safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent and an Airframe and Powerplant license are required; a valid driver’s license or passport is ideal.

• A valid driver's license and passport are ideal for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Removal and installation of panels and components.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving aircraft system/component issues.
• Engine removal/ installations and inspection of aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment and maintain shop tooling.
