Job summary

ITnova is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Administration Specialist (Logs and Records) to join our aviation maintenance team supporting rotary-wing aircraft operations. This role manages aircraft maintenance records, documentation, and historical files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of aviation records experience, strong knowledge of OOMA and maintenance documentation systems, and familiarity with CNAFINST 4790.2 and NAMP requirements. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of aviation maintenance administration or logs and records experience.
• Familiarity with OOMA and maintenance documentation systems.
• Knowledge of CNAFINST 4790.2 and NAMP documentation requirements.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and manages aircraft logs, records, and historical files per CNAFINST 4790.2 and local procedures.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of OOMA entries and associated maintenance documentation.
• Performs audits of maintenance documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Tracks inspections, life limits, and due requirements; coordinates with Maintenance Control and QA.
• Prepares reports on readiness, discrepancies, and maintenance status.
• Supports QA audits, inspections, and program reviews.
• Maintains filing systems and records retention.
