Job summary

Amentum in Fallon, NV is seeking an Aircraft Logs & Records Clerk to manage aircraft logbooks, aeronautical records, and related maintenance files within CNAFINST 4790.2 guidelines. You will use OOMA, NALCOMIS, FAME, IMDS, CETADS, and CEMS to process data, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy of configuration status, weight, balance, and inventories.

The role requires two years of aviation clerical experience, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years aviation clerical experience maintaining aircraft logbooks and records.
• Completion of US Armed Forces Logs and Records courses or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with OOMA, NALCOMIS, FAME, IMDS, CETADS, CEMS is highly desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; 35 WPM typing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft logbooks and maintenance records.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly reports.
• Manage forms and records in OOMA, FAME, IMDS, CETADS, CEMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety, FOD, and hazardous materials programs.
• Provide technical assistance and customer service.
