Flightstar Aircraft Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities and coordinate with customers on project oversight. The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and significant experience with Boeing and Airbus transport category aircraft.
You will liaise between customers and internal teams, coordinate scope changes, and ensure proper tooling and parts are available. Strong safety and communication skills are essential for success.
NOTE: The Project Manager may delegate all duties to any qualified individual as necessary, however, such delegation does not relieve the Project Manager of the overall responsibilities of the position.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Physical: Ability to sit on average 2 hours per day, stand on average 3 hours per day, walk on average 3 hours per day, possess the ability to see and follow precise instructions, documents, diagrams, or blueprints, to distinguish color differences, to see and read information via computer screen or other electronic device, to detect distinct, specific noises, to hear if equipment/tools, etc. are operating properly, to hear and understand precise directions, to hear and understand what others are saying in normal conversation.
