Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Director of Maintenance Ops for ATAC ACE at Alliance Fort Worth to oversee aircraft maintenance programs, manpower, budgeting, and OEM coordination across ACE regions. The role reports to the Vice President of ATAC ACE and requires strong leadership, aviation management experience, and an active DoD clearance.

You will coordinate with Directors of Operations and Maintenance Managers to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Aviation Management Experience.
• Must Maintain a DoD security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Ability to organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Previous Supervisory/Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance related support under ACE.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with ACE Safety Manager on maintenance activities.
• Coordinate OEM/3rd party MRO and data.
• Manage subcontractor support for OL maintenance.
• Oversee GOPs and training for OL maintenance.
• Coordinate OL budgeting with ACE DOM and Finance.
• Evaluate maintenance personnel performance.
• Liaise with HQ maintenance leadership on policy.
• Oversee QA risk management for OL maintenance.
