Textron Systems is seeking a Director of Maintenance Operations for ATAC ACE, overseeing all aircraft maintenance support, scheduling, and training across ACE locations. You will manage manpower, budgets, and OEM coordination while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5 years of aviation management, DOD pilot training experience, U.S. citizenship, and a active DOD security clearance; supervisory experience is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Aviation Management Experience.
• Previous formal DOD Pilot Training Experience.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must Maintain a DOD security Clearance
• Previous Supervisory/Management experience
• BS/BA

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACE maintenance-related support and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety, Ground Safety, and QA for OL maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance manpower, training, equipment, and logistics for all OL activities.
• Budget oversight and coordination with finance teams; input on compensation.
• Liaise with headquarters maintenance leadership to enforce GOPs and maintenance manuals.
• Support OEM/3rd-party MRO coordination and subcontractor management.
• Maintain aircraft management and scheduling accuracy and coordinate audits.
