ERMC Aviation seeks a Maintenance Lead to direct Technicians in completing required maintenance. You will use CMMS to document repairs, hours, parts, and history, and coordinate preventative, corrective, predictive and emergency work. The role may require 24-hour readiness and collaboration across departments to meet safety and performance goals.

The position emphasizes improving maintenance capability, resource planning, and safe, compliant operations for a full-time schedule in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set direction for Technicians to complete needed maintenance.
• Provide accurate and timely reports of maintenance issues at the site. Maintain CMMS records of repairs, time spent, part usage and history.
• Perform preventative, corrective, predictive and emergency maintenance; may require 24-hour availability.
• Improve capability and capacity of maintenance and personnel.
• Plan and manage resources for cost-effective maintenance execution.
• Lead employee performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve problems and meet goals.
• Process administrative work that supports the maintenance process.
• Ensure a safe work environment and that safe practices are followed.
