Job summary

ERMC Aviation is hiring for a maintenance leadership role to support Operations in a safety‑oriented, customer‑driven environment. You will design solutions, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies while meeting deadlines and departmental goals.

You will work with Safety leadership to implement safety programs, maintain preventative maintenance, mentor associates, and ensure housekeeping standards. Night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Government ID and social security card required; ability to obtain an airport badge.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 3 years of airport BHS and/or PBB maintenance experience; security clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations in a safety‑mocused, customer‑centric manner; be highly self‑motivated.
• Develop and design solutions, manage contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines; develop plans to meet department goals.
• Implement and audit safety programs with Safety leadership; ensure compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and relationships with leadership.
• Mentor maintenance staff; promote housekeeping and professional development.
• Participate in site calls and offsite conferences; provide performance feedback as needed.
