Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead Technicians in performing preventative, corrective, predictive and emergency maintenance at our Milwaukee site.

You will keep accurate CMMS records, report issues promptly, manage resources and budgets, and drive safety and continuous improvement across departments.

The role requires US work authorization, ability to obtain airport security clearance, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set direction for Technicians to complete needed maintenance.
• Provide accurate and timely reports of maintenance issues at the site using CMMS data.
• Perform preventative, corrective, predictive and emergency maintenance; may require 24-hour availability.
• Improve capability and capacity of maintenance and personnel.
• Plan and manage resources to ensure cost-effective maintenance execution.
• Lead employee performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve problems and meet goals.
• Process administrative work that supports maintenance processes.
• Ensure a safe work environment and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
