Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Technical Diploma or higher in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
• Minimum three years full-time (6,000 hours) of relevant work experience as Airframe, Powerplant or A&P Technician.
• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver instruction and perform teaching-related activities.
• Manage the classroom/laboratory and equipment.
• Develop and revise curriculum to maintain course effectiveness.
• Assess student performance and advise on academic issues.
• Collaborate with advisory committee and participate in program evaluation.
• Promote MATC programs and assist in recruiting and retaining students.
