Job summary

M1 Support Services' Production Supervisor (T-38) in Columbus, MS oversees maintenance operations and ensures contract requirements are met to Government standards, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Air Force Instructions. This role supports daily branch activities, staff training, safety, and fleet readiness while coordinating with customers and higher headquarters.

The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires strong leadership on personnel matters,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an associated discipline is desired.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Branch Manager in the successful management of maintenance activities IAW the Performance Work Statement.
• Ensures safety, operational excellence and the optimization of fleet readiness.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers, and higher headquarters.
• Directs, plans, coordinates, controls, and evaluates operations and personnel.
• Reports to the Branch Manager.
• Provides guidance for workforce management on hiring, termination, transfer, evaluation, training and disciplinary actions.
• Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
