Job summary

M1 Support Services’ Production Supervisor (T-6) leads maintenance operations at the Columbus, MS site, supporting the Branch Manager in delivering safe, efficient service in line with the Performance Work Statement and government standards.

The role focuses on supervising daily branch activities, workforce performance, training, and ensuring contract requirements are met while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred; high school required.
• Extensive knowledge of USAF aircraft maintenance processes.
• 10+ years in aircraft maintenance support with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures.
• Must be proficient with MS Office and able to obtain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in maintenance activity management per the Performance Work Statement.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Air Force Instructions and TOs.
• Oversee safety, fleet readiness, and operational excellence.
• Direct and supervise branch personnel and ensure training compliance.
• Interface with customers and higher headquarters as needed.
• Support business development efforts and professional company representation.
