Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support aircraft maintenance processes in a fast-paced environment at our Miami facility.

The role focuses on coordinating data entry, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and ensuring documentation aligns with FAA regulations and customer requirements. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and experience with maintenance tracking software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support data entry throughout aircraft maintenance phases.
Audit maintenance records and documentation for accuracy and FAA compliance.
Maintain records in ERP systems (SCEPTRE, StAAR, Concourse).
Prepare and validate aircraft maintenance packages and forms.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure reporting and compliance.
Track open items, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of transactions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
