Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Aircraft Maintenance in Greensboro. You will be the primary liaison for customers, coordinating with the Service Center and Technical Service Managers to ensure top‑notch service and satisfaction.

You will review needs, present options, manage schedules, and pursue upsell opportunities while supporting finance and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience or 4 years of related experience.
• A&P license or 2 year technical degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field.
• A&P License / Repairman / EASA Certificate is helpful.
• Knowledge of Textron Aviation services and products is helpful.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with customers and internal employees while providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers; ensure exceptional service.
• Coordinate with the Service Center Team to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Service Managers to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Review needs, discuss service options and quotes, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Promote Service Center capabilities and upsell maintenance, parts, and warranties.
• Collaborate with Finance to review program coverage, pricing, and invoicing; provide updates to the General Manager.
• Conduct safety briefings, departure debriefs, and post-delivery follow‑ups with customers.
