Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Aircraft Maintenance in Greensboro, first shift. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with the Service Center Team to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Collaborate with Technical Service Managers to align service options, schedules, and quotes, while promoting the center’s capabilities and warranties. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, upselling maintenance and parts,

Qualifications

• 2 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience.
• 4 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field.
• A&P License / Repairman / EASA Certificate is helpful.
• Knowledge of Textron Aviation services and products is helpful.
• Ability to interact with Textron Aviation customers and internal employees while providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival, review needs and work scope, discuss service options and quotes, and adjust schedules as needed to meet requirements.
• Keep customers updated on aircraft status, confirm schedules, provide updates, get approval for additional work, and report changes to the TSM.
