Job summary

Textron Aviation in Greensboro, NC seeks a Customer Relations Manager for Aircraft Maintenance on 1st shift. You will be the main customer contact, coordinating with the Service Center and Technical Service Managers to ensure satisfaction and quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing work scopes, updating customers on status, and promoting center capabilities. Ideal candidates have aviation maintenance experience, an A&P license (or related degree), and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience required.
• A&P license or 2 year technical degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on arrival, review needs and work scope.
• Provide service updates and approve additional work with customers.
• Promote service center capabilities and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance to review coverage and invoices.
• Ensure safety expectations are communicated and debriefs completed.
