Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Coordinator to support the maintenance department with reporting, posting maintenance manuals, and onboarding new aircraft and technicians. You will assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with vendor approvals, maintain rosters of approved technicians, and help gather data for various reports and projects.

The role offers competitive benefits and a pay range of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General computer skills are required and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Maintenance Technician onboarding and training.
• Assists QA Manager with vendor approval process.
• Maintains rosters for approved company and vendor technicians.
• Assists in collecting and organizing data for reports and projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
