Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to work with the Manager of Maintenance Operations to ensure company procedures and policies are followed during aircraft maintenance operations.

The role coordinates base aircraft maintenance, inspections, and tracking, audits maintenance records and verifies proper tooling and qualified personnel. Strong MS Office skills and independence are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Part 135 experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures base aircraft are maintained per Company Manual, FARs and Part 135.
• Coordinates and schedules aircraft maintenance and inspections.
• Audits return-to-service paperwork and maintenance tracking updates.
• Monitors and updates Maintenance Tracking Programs.
• Audits maintenance, inspection and repair for scope, personnel, tooling and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Maintenance Operations Coordinator works with the Manager of Maintenance Operations or his delegate to ensure company procedures and policies are followed during aircraft maintenance operations.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

• Ensures company base aircraft are maintained in accordance with the Company Manual, FAR’s and Part 135 regulations.
• Coordinates and schedules company aircraft to include routine maintenance and required inspections.
• Audits return to service paperwork, and maintenance tracking updates.
• Monitors and updates Maintenance Tracking Programs.
• Audits aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair for correct work scope, qualified personnel, proper tooling and appropriate equipment.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is required
• Related Part 135 experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
