Qualifications

HS diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
Experience operating ID/OD grinders, boring mills, or lathes.
Aviation or aerospace machining experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Review work orders, routers, drawings, specifications, and applicable instructions before beginning work.
Set up and operate ID/OD grinders, boring mills, and/or lathes safely and accurately.
Perform internal/external cylindrical grinding to meet specified tolerances and finishes.
Machine or finish aviation components to required dimensions and document results to maintain traceability.
Identify tool wear or machine issues and maintain clean, organized work area.
