Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an Aircraft Logs and Records Clerk to maintain logbooks, ALS records, and associated data for DoD programs. You will manage inventories, serial numbers, and maintenance reports, while coordinating with PMO and client teams on log book matters.

The role requires three years of logs/records experience, DoD CAC eligibility, and proficiency with OOMA, TRACE CADPAD, and related tools. On-site work in Meridian, MS with strong adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of U.S. Armed Forces Logs and Records (AZ/6046) specialized 'A' School listed on DD214.
• Must have three (3) years general experience in maintaining aircraft logbooks and OOMA CM Auto Log-sets.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; DoD CAC eligibility.
• Thorough working knowledge of aircraft logbooks and OOMA Auto Log-sets (ALS).
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment; typing 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update aircraft logbooks and ALS records.
• Ensure accurate inventories and serial numbers.
• Submit required CDRLs and reports; monitor maintenance data.
• Provide technical guidance on Aircraft Logs and Records processes.
• Coordinate with PMO and customers on log book matters.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety and FOD rules.
