Zusammenfassung

V2X, Inc. seeks a records clerk to maintain aircraft records and perform data entry and retrieval in support of Navy maintenance programs.

You will update logbooks, prepare reports, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure data reflects current aircraft status. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of aircraft records experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Must have completed Logs and Records Configuration Management for Organizational and Intermediate Activities course (C-555-0059).
• Two (2) or more years of recent aircraft records experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Must have a valid US state driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Maintain aircraft and engine logbooks and records.
• Perform aircraft maintenance recordkeeping and data entry.
• Make required entries in aircraft, engine, and support equipment records.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data-entry and recordkeeping discrepancies.
• Perform data retrieval and database functions.
• Extract maintenance data and prepare management reports.
• Create and maintain electronic archives, backups, and data saves.
• Prepare maintenance reports and correspondence.
• Perform filing, document control, and administrative duties.
• Support aircraft readiness status reporting.
• Maintain aircraft inspection and acceptance documentation.
• Support required situational and periodic reports.
• Support Navy maintenance information systems.
