Job summary

V2X Inc in Bay Point, CA, seeks an Aircraft Logs and Records Technician II to maintain aircraft and engine logs, issue records, and manage readiness documents on-site. You''ll publish maintenance summaries and ensure compliance with Navy CNAFINST directives.

Role requires military maintenance experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, a valid driver''s license, and willingness to work any shift. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains, issues and disposes of aircraft, engine and component logs and records.
• Prepares readiness documents and administers configuration status accounting.
• Verifies aircraft utilization reports and processes technical directives.
• Publishes a monthly 3M maintenance summary for management review.

This is a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Position. The Aircraft Logs and Records Technician II maintains, issues and disposes of aircraft, engine and associated component equipment logs and records, and inventory records including aircraft and engine reports as provided by written instructions. They also process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program, verify aircraft utilization reports, and processes technical directives. The Clerk complies with all current sections of the NAVAIRINST 3710.1 (series) and CNAFINST 4790.2 (series). The Clerk is also responsible for publishing a monthly 3M maintenance summary for management review.
