Job summary

Premier Jet Center in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Line Technician Supervisor to lead the Line Services Team, oversee daily operations, and manage training and assignments. You will report to the Line Services Manager, handle fueling/aircraft movement, ensure safety compliance, conduct performance reviews, and maintain top service levels for aircraft crews, passengers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Aviation Line Technician/Aircraft Fueler experience required (1–3 years).
• Supervisory experience preferred (1–3 years).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work a variety of shifts and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Line Services Team operations and assign tasks.
• Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to aircraft crews, passengers, and vendors.
• Manage fueling and moving of aircraft on the airfield, including parking, towing, and ground support.
• Maintain fuel inventories and complete fuel logs and receipts.
• Coordinate shift schedules, PTO, timecards, and trades.
• Support aircraft deicing operations and facility grounds upkeep.
