Job summary

Velocity FBO Network is seeking a Line Service Manager to oversee all line service operations on the airport ramp, ensuring safe, efficient ground handling and top-tier customer service for pilots and crew.

The role requires 3–5 years in FBO/aviation ground ops, demonstrated supervisory experience, and hands-on fueling/ramp operations knowledge. Work location is on-site with a client-focused, safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Aviation, business, or management training preferred.
• 3–5 years of FBO/aviation ground ops experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with aircraft fueling and ramp operations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily line service operations: fueling, towing, marshaling, parking, and ground support.
• Ensure FAA/OSHA compliance and safe handling of aircraft.
• Coordinate ramp activities and manage fuel inventory.
• Train and supervise line service technicians.
• Maintain safety records and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to pilots and passengers.
