Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is recruiting a Contract Manager for an aviation leasing platform. The role focuses on building trusted customer relationships while coordinating complex commercial activity across multiple internal teams.

You will manage day-to-day customer engagement through to successful transactions, ensure accurate contract documentation, and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver high service standards and timely outcomes.

• Proven customer relationship experience in commercial or contractual environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working under pressure balancing customer expectations with internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer engagement from initial request through to successful transaction completion.
• Coordinate activities across commercial, operational and support functions to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure documentation and contract information is accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Support the execution of customer agreements while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor transaction progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact delivery.
